“… Well, I came across you guys originally just searching for SEO services. I guess I immediately took a liking to what you do and the information you were putting out. I’ve had a lot of different coaching and been through a lot of other services. I just thought you were a little bit different, the info was better quality and I just liked the vibe you were putting out. So I decided to contact you for a bit of help … there were a few emails to get the ball rolling and then I came in for a consultation.
… I’ve had a few different business coaches and done online courses and whatnot. I think with a lot of different companies it can be a little bit hard to access the person involved or the expert involved. But I found you were quite approachable and you were putting yourself out there. You were in the trenches doing the work, running the business and doing all the things you say. You were very accessible and just transparent so I guess that appealed to me.
… I think just with the nature of SEO, it changes a lot, so it’s important to stay ahead of the game. I’ve always had pretty good success online. But again, I don’t want to be left in the dust. It’s one of those things, you just want to stay ahead of the curve and I know you keep up to date with what’s going on. You put that info out there and obviously that was quite appealing to me, so I thought you could help me out which you have done, which is great. Even just from a website conversion point of view, we’re just getting those little hints and tips in regard to the layout of my website and making the most of the traffic I do get. Yes, so all those types of things.
… It’s easy to say in hindsight, it’s one of those things that seem obvious but sometimes you just need a bit of a nudge in the right direction I think. It’s hard to be sure of some things as well. So I guess just getting that direct advice that gives you a little bit more confidence.
… You’ve got to take action on the advice, for sure … One of the biggest things was just even adding in an autoresponder and a list building option. I’ve seen some results from that already, so that’s a positive. Just from what you said earlier, with the SEO work I guess it changed my thinking in terms of how that is all structured. The pin dropped a little bit in terms of what I’m trying to do and the strategy for the SEO.
… It’s one of those things, obviously you’re going to be skeptical about spending the money and getting coaching or getting help. Really, anyone who is successful has always spent the money on their education and spent the money on coaching and learned from people who have been there and done it. So I think it’s definitely worth it in the long run. You’ve just got to bite the bullet and take that leap of faith sometimes. Yes, it’s worth it in my opinion.”
